Placement

*Orders for Promise Unfulfilled are being processed through the Inter-City Christian Bookstore. The suggested retail price for the book is $24.99.
Terms of Sale:
- Sales
to individuals are by cash, check, or credit card and will be shipped upon
receipt of payment in full.
- Sales
to institutions are by business check, company credit card, or invoice (net
30 days).
- Checks
should be made payable to: Inter-City Christian Bookstore
- Sales
tax will be charged for all transactions to individuals within the state of
Michigan, including mail order sales. Orders shipped to individuals out of
state will not be charged Michigan sales tax. Sales tax will not be charged
for wholesale orders to non-profit institutions.
Shipping &
Handling:
- Shipping
and handling charges will be added for all orders not picked up at the bookstore.
- Standard
shipping will be by USPS media rate.
- Shipments
can also be made, upon request, by USPS priority mail or United Parcel Service
(ground or air). Additional fees will apply.
